It was excellent position being in a safe neighborhood located near the WTC for my conference. It was reasonably priced with nice 24 h security staff on the front desk. The room was as advertised with great couch, desk, kitchenette and even downstairs toilet. There was a well stocked in-house store with autopay and essential items (toothpaste, milk and beer!!) along with nearby supermarkets, food malls, restaurants and access to the bus system (I did not use the subway). I enjoyed use of the pool and gym. The AI support was useful.

I like the easy of the check in. I like the duplex apartment, it's super big and cozy. I like the facilities in the building, big pool, sauna and gym. The wifi is good in the apartment and the balcony is cool, altrough there is no view, only a building in front of you. the overall exprience is good. i really like the apartments in this building, they are all duplex apartment. there is no key, only code which make life easier and there is no problems with letting guests in, secruity is cool. you can get parking to if you want. charlie is responding 24/7 through whatsapp which is really nice to have such a customer support.

Nice staff, nice place, nice views, nice facilities. I would definitely want to stay again. Great restaurants & shopping nearby.
